I got up this morning feeling blue. I started a new job. And in this job i am my own boss my company. So I was asking and talking to God.Can I do this is for me while change the t.v. to see Joel Osteen. I was so focus on his back ground.It is a gold world globe. I thought to my self where have I seen that?.Then it click that my company logo.Then Joel went on to say that my best days were in front of me not behind me . Not to waste my energy worrying to use my energy in believing to have faith. That God is walking in front of me preparing the path and lining up people 'WOW' he answerd me.This is for me

july 4th week end

We we're going to visit Ronald, our third oldest child but things around here change fast and yes, that didn't happen! We bought a lot of fire works but we can't do them in our city, so we went downtown and waited till 10 pm for our local fire work display. This was after I cooked and Bar-B-Q'd for everyone, yummy! We headed out early, left the house at 6 pm and arrived at our spot atop a parking structure at 6:20 pm, way to early, we had to wait until 10pm for the display. At least, like always I have to think ahead, many people pack the lot and I wanted to get there with enough time to get a good spot, and we did, ha! In the meantime, we light up sparklers for the kids but time went slow, if it wasn't one thing it was another, somebody wanted to come home early, but we made it to see the show. thank God!

A Crazy 4th of July!!!

Today is friday july 3rd and were getting ready for the holiday party tomorrow. My life can be a bit crazy at times, here is what's going on.....in our city we cannot do fire works (boo hoo)not even a sparkler. The fine is a whopping $1000.00. In the last couple of years our county has been struck by overwhelming fire blazes and evacuation almost struck our home. Now because of some idiots we have lost our rights to do fireworks. Now for me and my family, that is sadness and heartache. I hate to see my kids go without. I grew up doing fireworks and boy were they fun. So now here is go to the resuce as alway..... I'll find a new way to bring the spirit of 4th of July that is safe for the kids and fun as always!!! I'm always on the prawl and looking for new and different ways in most things to keep my children and grandchildren with smiles on their faces :) I will update soon with photos..
